Superior Protection with Unique Trays
The foundation of the GROWCASE lies in its unique trays, crafted using proprietary molded foam made from Expanded Polypropylene (EPP). Our GROWCASE trays provide exceptional protection to all interior components during shipping and handling. Our innovative trays offer numerous benefits, including excellent energy absorption, durability, and resistance to water. When positioned on top of the GROWCASE, the tray provides a convenient storage space for your products and tools. Additionally, the top tray serves as a handy area for your bud-trimming needs. Designed with precision, our grow kit trays feature a 1-degree interior taper from their four corners, effectively channeling excess water from grow bags toward the front-center of the tray for easy recovery. Moreover, they remain impressively lightweight and are eco-friendly due to their recyclable nature.
Heavy Duty Construction Steel Frame Assembly
We engineered the GROWCASE’s frame assembly to provide rugged support for your cultivation endeavors. It can support up to 350 pounds, making stacking possible and allowing for multiple harvests or increased yields. With exterior measurements of 48-1/2” W x 24-1/2” D x 47-7/8” H, it offers ample space for your indoor grow.
The assembly process is a breeze, thanks to vertical posts and horizontal beams that engage effortlessly without the need for special tools. For additional stability, four 1/4”-20 x 3/8” Phillips pan head machine screws with serrated flanged locknuts secure the framework in each corner.
Precision-Crafted Steel Components
The GROWCASE features a lineup of steel components designed with meticulous attention to detail:
- Posts: Made from 16-gauge steel, these angle-shaped posts are 47-7/8” long and have equal flanges of 1-9/16″. They are symmetrical and come with embossments and formed lances for beam engagement.
- Side Beams: These beams, made from 18-gauge steel, measure 23-7/8” in length and have unequal flanges of 7/8” and 2-1/2”. Like the posts, they are symmetrical and feature embossments and tapered slots for post engagement.
- Bottom Face Beams: Crafted from 18-gauge steel, these beams are 47-7/8” long with unequal flanges of 7/8” and 2-1/2”. Symmetrical in design, they also have embossments and tapered slots for post engagement.
- Top Face Back Beam: With the same gauge and length as the bottom face beams, this beam features unequal flanges of 7/8” and 2-1/2”. It has holes for attaching the Reflective Wrapper, Light Supports, and Power Strip.
- Top Face Front Beam: Measuring 47-7/8” in length with unequal flanges of 7/8” and 6-7/8”, this beam is designed to accommodate Ventilation Fans, Light Supports, and Filter Housing Caps.
Reflective Wall System for Optimal Lighting
The GROWCASE’s light reflectivity system features a Reflective Wrapper, Reflective Cover, and Sealing Tape. Constructed from 6 mil. thick aluminum-coated mylar film with a diamond-textured interior and a white exterior, these components maximize light reflectivity (92-97%) to enhance PPFD consistency for superior plant growth.
The Reflective Wrapper covers the sides and back of the frame assembly, measuring 96” W x 44” H. It attaches securely with reusable nylon Push-In Rivets and features a pre-applied hook tape.
The Reflective Cover, measuring 47-3/8” W x 40-1/4” H, includes a full-width mesh screen and extruded plastic U-Edge Rail. It attaches with low-profile hook tape and features neodymium rare earth magnets for easy attachment and detachment during plant maintenance.
We use Sealing Tape to secure the Reflective Wrapper to the Posts. This helps minimize exterior light protrusion, improving ventilation airflow.
Efficient Ventilation System
The GROWCASE’s Ventilation System is designed to maintain optimal conditions for your indoor plants and our base grow system includes two Ventilation Fans, Filter Housing Covers, Filter Housing Caps, and a Power Strip. The Ventilation Fans, measuring 4-3/4” W x 1-1/2” D x 4-3/4” H, feature pre-wired 28” long power cords and an impressive airflow of 110 CFM @ 2900 RPM. They operate at a quiet 45 dBA noise level and are rated at 110V @ .23 Amp. The Filter Housing Covers and Caps are made from 20-gauge galvanized steel for durability and functionality.
Scrog/Dry System for Controlled \Growth and Drying
The GROWCASE’s Scrog/Dry system offers versatility for cultivation. During Scrog, the steel screen controls vertical plant growth, maintaining canopy evenness and reducing light intensity. This encourages plant lateral growth. During bud drying, the screen provides the necessary support for heavy stems.
The system includes a srog screen, screen brackets, and two bungees. We make the screen from 16-gauge vinyl-coated welded steel wire, measuring 44” W x 24” D, with 2” x 3” openings. Screen brackets, made from 18-gauge galvanized steel, feature tapered notches for easy attachment to the Posts. Each of the two bungee cords are 3/16” in diameter and 36” long.
